Paul Albertson Paul is a copyeditor and technical writer who specializes in corporate communications. He researches and develops copy and performs a range of editing roles, from developmental editing to copyediting to proofreading. For the past few years, he has worked in support of the UX Writer Conference and the annual ConveyUX Conference. In 2017, he retired from the U.S. Coast Guard.
