Jennifer Rees Jen has had writing in her bones since before she can remember. She dabbled in gender studies, publishing, entrepreneurship, and public relations before she found her sweet spot as a senior UX Writer at Smallpdf, a Zurich-based SaaS tech company that’s served over a billion customers since it started out in 2013.
