I started my career at Groupon, helping to shape the brand’s signature voice and house humor style. After receiving a customer complaint about a ham radio joke, I learned that there ought to be a balance between brand voice and overall clarity.
As a digital content strategist at CDW, I studied landing page best practices, AB testing and user testing. There I discovered a passion for UX writing, which allowed me to find and fix customer obstacles with the right combination of words and design. I am now a UX writer at Peapod Digital Labs, focusing on grocery eCommerce for 6 US brands.
