Silvia Döhnert Silvia started her professional journey as lawyer but she decided to follow her instincts and soon switched to language in tech. She spent the last 12 years working as a UX writer, localizer and localization coordinator in the B2B SaaS industry. During these years she also created in-app and online help and explored different levels of user guidance. She’s now the second half of a brand new UX Writer team, setting the foundations of UX content design at PayFit (https://payfit.com/). Among the challenges she most enjoys in her new role is finding the sweet spot where French payroll meets simplicity.
