Joanna Hofer As a senior UX copyeditor focused on helping all kids learn, Joanna is passionate about accessibility and inclusivity. During her 10 years as a technical editor for a power engineering manufacturer, she coauthored several journal articles on power engineering.
Joanna holds a BA from the UT Austin in Russian and East European Studies, an MS from Portland State University in technical writing, and certifications in teaching English as a second language (ESL) and UX Writing Fundamentals.
In her free time, Joanna writes a blog called Word Wabbit, collaborates on an elder fraud app, and studies languages on DuoLingo.
