Besma Bihnam Besma Bihnam has a passion for writing effective product content for a wide variety of audiences.
Besma started her business writing career with Arizona Federal® Credit Union. She transitioned to writing for the software industry for a few years and then shifted to the financial sector. She wrote product content at PayPal® for some of their most critical services, which tens of millions of customers have used.
Besma is now a lead UX writer at Experian, where she heads up the content on the Experian® Design System (EDS) for the Global Decision Analytics division.
