She writes the words in the user experience for products across Platform, Sales, Service, Marketing, and other clouds. Before writing and designing content at Salesforce, Lori was a technical writer and instructional designer at Autodesk and lots of other Bay Area tech companies. Lori lives in Marin County, CA with her two almost grownup kids. She enjoys bicycling, cooking, and wine tasting.
