Michele Schell Michele has been working with design through language for over 10 years, with experience in UX Design, UX Writing and User Assistance Development. Currently, she’s a Senior UX Writer at Outsystems.
She holds a BA in Modern Languages (English, Portuguese and Literature) and a Master’s in Strategic Design – and that’s how she found what she loved.
She’s passionate about social innovation through design, and believes language plays a huge role in it.
