Nikki Tremann Nikki Tremann transitioned from student education to user education in 2001 after teaching middle school English for three years. A technical writer at Blackbaud, she’s the “lead geek” for the AV Club, a group that drives video efforts for the User Education team. A Camtasia and YouTube power-user, she’s proud that videos have become a valued user assistance resource at Blackbaud.
