The writers and editors in Customer Content Services at Red Hat contribute to the microcopy of the UX for Red Hat products. In addition to traditional documentation, they write tool tips, UI labels, help screens, error messages, and any other content that can make our customers’ lives better. Here are some of the people who are participating in this Expo:
Ingrid Towey believes in the Write UX! She combines technical writing with UX skills to produce usable documents and design user interfaces that don’t need tons of documentation. The favorite part of her job as a writing coach is working one-on-one with writers to help them create more customer-focused content.
