Cheri Lockett Zubak Cheri Lockett Zubak is a design researcher with a background in professional communication, workplace performance and learning, and innovation. She currently works for Thomson Reuters as a Senior Experience Researcher, focusing on the exploration of new innovations and opportunities to raise the bar on user experience for Thomson Reuter’s customers.
Cheri also teaches learning experience design in the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning program at Boise State University, and feeds her writerly self by gigging as content designer and researcher.
