Part 1: The Uniqueness
In the first part of my presentation, I will discuss how UX Writing is different from Copywriting and UI writing, and the overall uniqueness of the field in itself. This includes developing user stories, collaborating with UX Designers and UX Researchers, utilizing content strategy, and microcopy styles.
Part 2: The Importance
In the second part of my presentation, I will discuss the importance of UX Writing for companies and organizations. I will give examples of good and bad UX Writing and also show the improvement UX Writing has on marketing and sales for companies.
