One of the most exciting segments of a conference has always been the product showcase or Expo. In-person, it offers a welcome break from being seated while attending sessions, where you get to walk around, learn about new products, and watch or touch a demo or two. Online, it still offers that thrill of learning about a new product with live demos right there on your screen.
At the UX Writer June ’21 conference, three live showcase presentations were creating quite a buzz, as they each featured a content editing tool with a plugin for Figma. DITTO, Frontitude and Strings all presented a live demo of how their tools work with Figma, which are also featured in the Figma community, linked below.
